Lagom is involved in many exciting projects at the moment. Some of these are as following:
Holiday’s Act – Auckland Council
The simplification of the holiday act and streamlining the processes for both employer as well as the employee has recently been a top priority for the Auckland Council. A special task force has been set up to review the Holiday’s Act and provide effective solution in this regard. Lagom has been a part of this transformation and we are excited to work towards the success of the transformation.
SPF Risk Mitigation Business Case
Lagom has been engaged by Auckland District Health Board (ADHB) and healthAlliance to assist in the preparation of a business case for the Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance (SPF) systems Risk Mitigation business case. The replacement of their Oracle infrastructure and application for 10 DHBs which is being led by ADHB. The 10 DHBs represent 70% of New Zealand’s population. Project Symphony – Altus
The project revolved around the integration of the Fletcher Aluminium business with the Nalco business into the existing SAP system. Fletcher Aluminium being on the old legacy system and Nalco on SAP, this project involved ERP migration and enhancement. Lagom’s collaborated with Altus in the implementation and integration to a single SAP system. This involved implementation of the new process, measuring the results of the new process change, using baseline metrics in an agreed designated time period. As well as, address any issues and plan any enhancements needed.
Project Bedrock – Eroad
Eroad has involved Lagom to move enhance their current systems which involve Dynamics 365, Salesforce and Depot and integrate the solutions across the regions. Being one of the largest road user chargers provider in New Zealand, Eroad is present across ANZ market and USA. We have collaborated to enhance their fleet management system and enhance the customer experience.
Arysta (previously known as Etec Crop Solutions)
Arysta previously known as Etec Crop Solutions has involved Lagom in enhancing the solutions for their farmer products and providing innovative crop solutions. Our collaboration with Arysta is to provide them support with their SAP Global rollout with respective to New Zealand market.
